You are visiting a working farm as a participant who is either observing or contributing to the success of farming activities. Farming includes dangerous conditions present on land and in structures, unpredictable behavior of farm animals, dangers associated with the operation of equipment and machinery, and potential wrongful acts of another visitor. Be careful.

Further, you fully accept such risk and agree to hold harmless Bass Family Farms (Bass Farms LLC), along with it's owners, staff, and any affiliates should any issue, injury, illness, or death arise for any reason to yourself, any member of your family, or anyone in attendance with you.

By signing below, I agree for all of those in my party and agree to hold harmless and do forever release Bass Family Farms (Bass Farms LLC) for all current and future liability related to this visit.
